and eventually retiring from the FAA to form his own Limited Liability Corporation. 32 years were spent in all phases of aircraft type certification and design work, including structures engineering analyses (service difficulties and major modifications) for aircraft/rotorcraft and forensic structural engineering responsibilities for numerous major aircraft/rotorcraft accidents and major incidents. Included with the responsibilities was the development of an effective supporting organizational structure which planned the utilization of available resources.
